Usually not, and it is worth knowing why: every yacht has licensed limits for day guests and overnight guests, set by its registration and insurance rather than the crew’s goodwill. Managers hold that line even for small children, with occasional case-by-case flexibility for infants under 12 months.

The Riviera does give you more room to solve it, because the fleet runs larger: stepping up one size, choosing a yacht with a Pullman berth, or moving to the next cabin count is often easier here than on smaller-boat coasts.
