Top 10 Best Superyachts for Charter in the South of France 2026

The South of France is superyacht territory. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, St. Tropez, and Cap Ferrat are built for large yachts, short hops, beach clubs, events, and high-service charters.

For this list, we looked at yachts we have seen onboard and ranked them by real charter value: crew, layout, deck space, beach club, toys, speed, cabin flexibility, condition, and the clear reason to choose one yacht over another.

For a proper South of France superyacht charter, we usually recommend starting around €150,000/week plus expenses. Below that, good yachts exist, but we would recommend a different location.  From €150K-€250K/week, you can charter serious 40m+ superyachts with strong crews, good deck space, and real Riviera capability.

From €250K-€500K/week, the choice opens into larger or newer yachts with stronger beach clubs, better cabin flexibility, more toys, and more distinctive onboard features. Above €500K/week, you enter the flagship range: 60m+ superyachts and mega yachts with major wellness spaces, pools, cinemas, elevators, chase boats, and the kind of service scale where the yacht becomes the destination.

10. LE VERSEAU | 132 ft

From €155,000/week | 40m Princess | 5 cabins | 10 guests

Superyacht LE VERSEAU

LE VERSEAU is for the charter group that wants the South of France to feel active from day one: swim platform down, toys out, jacuzzi running, and no dead space onboard. She is a 40m tri-deck Princess, but what makes her stand out is how much of the yacht is genuinely usable for a Riviera week.

Her stern setup is a real advantage. The drawbridge-style transom opens into a beach club and bathing platform, with a hydraulic swim platform that makes the water easy to use all day. Add the sundeck jacuzzi, outdoor bar, stabilizers, fold-out balconies off the main salon, cinema room, Starlink, and a main-deck master with office and bathtub, and she has the comfort pieces covered.

Her toy list is stronger than many yachts in this price range: 2 Sea-Doo Spark Jet Skis, 3 Seabobs, Fliteboard/foilboard, wakeboard, water skis, paddleboards, kayaks, towables, floating pool, inflatable pontoon, water slide, and a Williams 625 Turbo jet tender. Why charter her? Because she gives you a proper 40m superyacht experience with the kind of beach-club/water setup that keeps a Riviera charter moving.

Why charter her over another 40m? Because she gives you a lot of the things people come to the Riviera for: speed between anchorages, strong deck life, a real beach-club/water setup, and enough toys to keep the week moving.

9. HATT MILL | 151 ft

From €180,000/week | 46m Vicem | 6 cabins | 12 guests

HATT MILL is for the group that wants personality, hosting space, and real evening energy onboard. We saw her in Sanremo in 2025, and she is not the quiet beige hotel-style yacht: shiny wood, colorful fabrics, bold art, silver trims, and a bridge-deck saloon clearly built for entertaining.

That bridge-deck saloon is the standout. There is a proper bar with stools, a full DJ setup, and even a disco ball that lowers from the ceiling. For a Monaco evening, Cannes celebration dinner, or St. Tropez birthday week, this is exactly the kind of space that keeps the night onboard instead of ending after dinner.

She is also practical: 6 cabins for 12 guests, a master with its own gym, open top deck with sun covers, lounge space, jacuzzi, strong aft dining, stabilizers, and a 23-knot top speed. The toy list includes waverunners, Seabobs, eFoils, powered surfboards, towables, paddleboards, scuba gear, and a jetpack. Why charter HATT MILL? Because she is family-oriented, classy, and fun, with enough cabin flexibility and social energy to make the yacht itself part of the memory.

8. SUI GENERIS | 134 ft

From €225,000/week | 40.6m Baglietto | 5 cabins | 10 guests

OUR REVIEW OF SUI GENERIS

SUI GENERIS is the new, sharp-looking Baglietto for clients who want a fresh yacht with real family functionality. We saw her in Sanremo just after launch, and the first impression was exactly what you want from a 2026 yacht: untouched, sporty outside, elegant and comfortable inside, with a much warmer onboard feel than her exterior profile suggests.

Her strongest charter feature is the way she keeps guests connected to the water. The two-level beach club has an aft infinity pool with a height-adjustable floor, plus a U-shaped lounge integrated into the swim platform. That gives the stern a proper “stay here all afternoon” setup rather than just a place to pass through. She also has fold-out balconies, panoramic glazing, a custom sundeck pool, and a cobalt blue hull that makes her instantly recognizable.

For families, the cabin setup is more useful than it looks on paper. She sleeps 10 guests in 5 suites, but the big VIP has an extra small room with a single bed and an additional Pullman, which can be very practical for kids or a nanny. Why charter SUI GENERIS over another 40-meter yacht? Because she gives you new-build condition, Baglietto style, a serious beach club, two pool areas, and a layout that actually thinks about how families use the yacht.

7. WAVE | 133 ft

From €230,000/week | 40.8m Benetti Oasis | 5 cabins | 10 guests

Superyacht WAVE Beach deck

OUR REVIEW OF WAVE

WAVE is for clients who want a brand-new-feeling Riviera yacht with serious beach-club life and unusually flexible accommodation. We saw her in Sanremo, and the first impression was polished but relaxed: rosemary, lavender, and orange-blossom infused water on arrival, a sharp 2024 build, and a layout that feels designed for families who actually use the yacht all day.

Her aft Oasis deck is the big reason she belongs here. The three-tier beach terrace has fold-out wings, a glass-fronted pool, and a proper water-level setup, so the stern becomes the center of the charter rather than just the way into the sea. Up top, the sundeck has a large dining table and jacuzzi, which gives her two very strong outdoor zones: one for swimming and toys, one for long lunches and evenings with a view.

The cabin flexibility is excellent for a 40-meter yacht. The master has two integrated offices, a huge walk-in wardrobe, and a separate makeup room. The massage room can also convert into a cabin with 2 Pullmans for kids, and the two twin cabins convert, also with extra Pullmans, giving up to 14 berths to work with for 12 guests. Why charter WAVE over another 40-meter yacht? Because she combines a true Oasis beach-club setup, new-build condition, 3 Jet Skis, 4 Seabobs, eFoils, a slide, and rare family flexibility in one very current Riviera package.

6. DB9 | 172 ft

From €265,000/week | 52m Palmer Johnson | 5 cabins | 12 guests

Superyacht DB9, South of France Yacht Charter

OUR REVIEW OF DB9

DB9 is the Aston Martin of yachts—and not just in name. Inspired by the iconic DB9 grand tourer, this 52m Palmer Johnson is built for speed, hitting an impressive 32.5 knots, making her one of the fastest yachts in her class.

DB9 is for clients who want a proper statement yacht: fast, glamorous, oversized, and not shy about it. We saw her in Sanremo, and the first thing that hits you is the main saloon. It is massive, almost more like a hall than a room, with high ceilings, long glass, bright finishes, and a beautiful main-deck bar that gives the yacht a real arrival moment.

The unusual layout is part of why she works. The master cabin is on the lower deck, which is not typical, but that choice gives DB9 her enormous saloon and big open guest spaces. The cabins have excellent headroom and feel spacious, so no one gets that cramped lower-deck feeling. She accommodates 12 guests in 5 cabins, though for a more spacious charter we would especially like her for 8-10 guests using the yacht very comfortably.

Outside, DB9 is purposely excessive in the best way: 2 jacuzzis and a serious foredeck pool. The pool is around 8 meters and gives her a real poolside-resort feeling, which is rare even around 50 meters. Add a 28-knot top speed, 2025 refit, Starlink, outdoor movie setup, Sea-Doos, Seabobs, eFoil, towables, paddleboards, and a jellyfish pool, and she becomes a strong Riviera yacht for guests who want pace and presence. Why charter DB9 over another 50-meter yacht? Because she gives you speed, scale, glamour, and a real pool, not just a jacuzzi pretending to be one.

5. LUMIERE | 164 ft

From €330,000/week | 49.9m Benetti | 6 cabins | 12 guests

Superyacht LUMIERE docked at the MYBA Yacht Show in Sanremo

OUR REVIEW OF LUMIERE

LUMIERE is for clients who care about the beach club first. We saw her in Sanremo, and she is Benetti at its best: modern, clean, and built around the idea that the aft deck should feel like a floating beach resort, not a platform you walk through on the way to the tender.

The whole aft deck sits close to water level, which changes how the yacht feels at anchor. You can walk straight into the water, stay close to the pool, and keep the whole group connected outside. The integrated pool is the centerpiece, with fold-out wings creating a large waterside terrace; then there is another jacuzzi up on the sundeck, so guests can choose between sea-level lounging and the higher-view deck.

The master cabin is one of her strongest features. It is massive, bright, and beautifully designed, with big windows giving a full sea view and a private balcony over the water for morning coffee or evening cocktails. She also has 6 cabins for 12 guests, which makes her more flexible than many 50-meter yachts with only 5 cabins. Why charter LUMIERE over another 50-meter yacht? Because her beach-club layout is not an add-on. It is the whole point of the yacht, and for the South of France, that is exactly what many clients come for.

4. RAJA 2 | 181 ft

From €330,000/week | 55m Admiral | 12 guests

OUR REVIEW OF RAJA 2

RAJA² is for clients who want the yacht itself to feel like a design experience. We saw her in Sanremo, and she is instantly different: dark, sporty hull outside, then a warm, rounded interior with a color palette that intentionally nods to a Louis Vuitton bag. It could easily feel too much, but it does not. The curves, marble, steel, wood, mirrors, and color are all controlled, and the result is genuinely breathtaking.

The layout is one of her biggest strengths. The aft deck sits low to the water, with big steps that lower directly into the sea, and there is a gym right there, so guests can train and step straight into the water afterward. The dining area is also smart, with round wraparound sliding doors that can stay open in good weather or close the space when conditions change.

She also has several “only on this yacht” moments. The foredeck helipad can become an outdoor cinema, dance floor, or safe play area with nets for children. The bridge deck is exceptional, with a 7-meter bar, big round dining table with a lazy Susan, and a large TV for sports. Add the sundeck jacuzzi, and RAJA² becomes a real Riviera hosting yacht. Why charter her over another 55-meter yacht? Because she has a rare mix of sporty presence, serious design, water-level living, and social spaces that feel genuinely memorable.

3. THIS IS IT | 143 ft Power Catamaran

From €350,000/week | 43.5m Tecnomar | 6 cabins | 12 guests

Luxury power catamaran THIS IS IT at MYBA Yacht Show in Sanremo

OUR REVIEW OF THIS IS IT

THIS IS IT is for clients who want the yacht to be the main event. We have seen her twice in Sanremo, and she still feels like an engineering revolution: part superyacht, part spaceship, part floating design museum. Nothing is square, nothing is symmetrical, and almost nothing feels usual. Even the day head and helm station feel designed to make guests stop and look twice.

The layout is completely different from a standard 40-meter yacht. She is a motor catamaran with a 14.5m beam, which gives her enormous volume, 600 square meters of glass, and a very architectural feeling onboard. The aft lounge and jacuzzi are huge, the interior bar is a real showpiece, and the dining area feels theatrical without losing comfort. The master cabin is one of the most memorable we have seen, with the bed as a central art piece, a skylight above, and a glass wall opening to a private balcony over the jacuzzi.

She is also built for serious charter use: 6 cabins, spa, sauna, massage room, gym, pool, deck jacuzzi, a 15m Technohull chase boat, Jet Skis, Seabobs, eFoil, sea scooters, towables, kayaks, and floating sea-pool docks. The sundeck is set up for movie nights with a huge couch, big screen, and a lift sending snacks and drinks directly up from the kitchen. Why charter THIS IS IT over another 43-meter yacht? Because there is no other 43-meter yacht like her.

2. AXIOMA | 236 ft

From €562,500/week | 72m Dunya Yachts | 6 cabins | 12 guests

Superyacht AXIOMA anchored in Monaco

OUR REVIEW OF AXIOMA

AXIOMA is for clients who want a 70-meter yacht that feels impressive without feeling stiff. We saw her in Sanremo after her major refit, and the welcome onboard made a strong first impression: kind, attentive, confident crew, followed by a proper reveal of the main salon. It is designed to impress, but it still feels thoughtful rather than cold.

The interior is unforgettable. Alberto Pinto’s design is full of intricate carpets, art-piece furniture, strong patterns, and a serious collection of Paul Colin artwork. The mid-deck lounge was one of our favorite spaces: open, relaxed, with a balcony looking down to the lower deck, a keyboard tucked in, books on display, and a classy, lived-in feel. The master is also excellent, with a private terrace, walk-in wardrobe, skylight, and huge ensuite.

AXIOMA also has the big-yacht amenities people actually use: main-deck infinity pool, beach club, gym with direct aft-deck access, spa/sauna, elevator across 4 levels, two jacuzzis, and an 8-seat cinema that is one of the best we have seen, with proper chairs, popcorn ready, a huge screen, and perfect lighting. Add RYA watersports, Jet Skis, Seabobs, eFoils, electric boards, sailing dinghies, paddleboards, slide, ocean pool, trampoline, and climbing wall, and she becomes a floating resort. Why charter AXIOMA over another 70-meter yacht? Because she combines scale, warmth, serious art/design, and family-friendly entertainment without feeling generic.

1. ARTISAN | 213 ft

From €645,000/week | 63m Benetti | 7 cabins | 12 guests

Superyacht ARTISAN foredeck

OUR REVIEW OF ARTISAN

ARTISAN is the yacht we would put at the top because she does not just have one headline feature. She has the whole package. We saw her in Nafplion, and she was the most impressive yacht at the show: a true 5-deck Benetti with a dedicated gym deck added in 2022, a lift to all decks, a top crew, and the kind of polish that makes the price feel justified.

Her beach club is one of the strongest parts of the yacht. It has three swim platforms, a central beach-club area, fold-down terraces, and then extends behind the yacht with an inflatable playground, trampoline, sea pool, and water setup. For the South of France, that matters: the yacht becomes a private beach club, not just a place to sleep between restaurant reservations. She also has 5 fold-down balconies, a huge 8-person jacuzzi, and stunning outdoor furniture.

The cabin flexibility is another reason she wins. ARTISAN has 7 cabins for 12 guests, including generous Pullmans, a VIP that feels like a master, a nanny/security cabin with balcony, and a master with separate lounge and office. Details like heated bathroom floors, bridge-deck table heating, elevator access, a piano in the upper salon, yoga/gym space, and a strong wine program make her feel deeply thought through. Why charter ARTISAN over another 60-meter yacht? Because she combines beach-club life, guest flexibility, crew quality, and high-end detail at a level that feels genuinely complete.
