Yes, and it is one of the joys of the Riviera: the classic stops are close together, so Monaco, Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Antibes, Cannes and St Tropez fit comfortably in a week, most legs under a couple of hours.

Pushing east into Italy, San Remo, Portofino, or on to Corsica and Sardinia, is very doable with a bit more time, and it comes with a bonus: a route that crosses into international waters can waive the 20% VAT under an ECPY contract, so the border crossing can pay for itself.
