Yacht charter for French Riviera events
The French Riviera runs on its calendar. Eight weeks a year fill Cannes, Monaco and Saint-Tropez, hotel rooms disappear, and a chartered yacht stops being a holiday and starts being the most practical way to be there. This page is the calendar, in order, with what each week is for. Some are trade shows where the yacht is your office and your dinner table. Some are events where the yacht is simply the best seat. Not every event week works the same way
Trade shows: the yacht is your venue
MIPIM, MIPCOM, ILTM and Cannes Lions fill Cannes with people doing business. A yacht berthed beside the Palais des Festivals is a meeting room by day, a client dinner by night, and accommodation when the hotels are gone. Three of the four fall outside the Riviera season, so the rates are far softer than the same yacht in summer.
Spectator events: the yacht is your seat
At the Monaco Grand Prix, the Cannes Film Festival and Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez, the yacht is where you watch from. Berth position stops being about visibility and becomes about sightlines, and the good ones are committed a long way ahead.
