IMLADRIS Yacht Description
Offered by DMA Yachting, the impressive charter yacht IMLADRIS is a 81 ft power catamaran. The most valuable elements of IMLADRIS are her generous space and inviting socializing areas. IMLADRIS spends the summer season in France. She was completed by the renowned boatbuilder Lagoon in 2025. The spacious yacht layout features 4 large cabins and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
IMLADRIS is presented primarily as a power catamaran. The yacht layout radiates from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck features a variety of seating areas and that's where most of the meals are served. The modern cabins offer unbeatable views in the morning and are located just below deck. The cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. Multiple portholes offer desirable views, while providing privacy if needed.
The motor yacht features SPECIAL CONDITIONS: In Clause 26: (1) for the first paragraph there shall be substituted: “The OWNER and the CHARTERER shall, on request, each make available to the other (via the Broker and Stakeholder, on a strict “need to know” basis wherever possible) such evidence as may reasonably be required to establish their identity, nationality, place of domicile and residence (or, in the case of an incorporated entity, the legal status of the entity and the equivalent evidence in respect of its ultimate beneficial owner(s) and controller(s)) and, in respect of the CHARTERER, their sources of wealth and funds (“KYC Documents”). KYC Documents shall be provided promptly upon request.”; (2) for the third paragraph there shall be substituted: “It is agreed by the Parties that the Broker and/or Stakeholder shall not be obliged to receive or pay any funds under this Agreement in the event that any requested KYC Documents are not made available by the OWNER or the CHARTERER, as the case may be, or the Broker and/or Stakeholder are prohibited from receiving or paying such funds by their respective regulatory authorities; and 2.
