Advertised by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht SPIRIT OF MK is a 111 ft motor yacht featuring a jetski. The most attractive features of SPIRIT OF MK are her well-chosen interiors and culinary experience. SPIRIT OF MK spends the summer season in France. She was constructed by the ship builder CRN Ancona in 1980. A comprehensive refit was delivered in 2021/22. The well-planned yacht layout features 5 generous cabins and comfortably accommodates a group of 12 guests.

SPIRIT OF MK is classified as a superyacht. The key part of the boat -roomy aft deck, elegantly connects to the meticulously composed main saloon. The main saloon is a well-design space that is well-equipped to shield from the elements in comfort and enjoyment and serves as a location of entertainment.

5 spacious cabins are purposefully laid out with vison for maximum room, access, comfort and privacy.

Accommodation

Spirit of MK luxuriously accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 en suite cabins. A spacious master sweet offers a good size walk-around double bed, plenty of storage and an en-suite with his and hers sinks. The VIP cabin also offers a large walk around double bed, excellent storage and plenty of natural light. There is a further smaller double and two twin cabins. All cabins are en-suite.

(Please note for Summer 2022 each of the twin cabins will have an additional pullman bunk to accommodate an 11th and 12th guest - please confirm with CA if required)

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a motor yacht like SPIRIT OF MK, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€11,750 - €18,800), making the charter cost €58,750 to €65,800. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
