Combining her technical and sailing proficiency, Anissa accumulated extensive sailing experience on yachts ranging from 20 to 50 meters and thanks to her varied experience, she ensures a safe and comfortable navigation for her guests.
With a professional and friendly approach, she is committed to delivering top-notch service while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere on board. Beyond her expertise in sailing, Anissa is an avid water and snow sports enthusiast, enjoying activities such as wakeboarding, surfing, snowboarding, she is also a windsurfing instructor and enjoys spending her free time on the water. She also has a passion for art, painting, sketching and music.
Job Description
Anissa is responsible for navigation, safety and the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew, and guests. She always ensures the safe and efficient operation of SELENA, including compliance with all procedures and regulations that keep our guests safe. She takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies. She further encourages teamwork, individual growth, and personal attention in delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks.

Beyond sailing, Joe is an avid musician and guitar player. His passion for adventure has taken him to New Zealand and South America, expanding his worldly perspective and fostering a love for learning new languages. Job Description
Joseph has the expertise required to stand in for the captain in his absence, acting in an important role for deckhand duties. He assists the captain during navigation and participates in all on-deck operations, respecting guests’ activities. He has extensive knowledge in the maintenance of sailing yachts and is responsible for the running of deck equipment and machinery. Joseph is also responsible for all the machinery onboard, including all control, maintenance and repair systems. He manages all working engines, the generator and any electronics systems, as well as the plumbing and hydraulic system.

Lorena is responsible for organisation, management, and cleanliness of all interiors. She maintains an accurate inventory of all service items and supplies. She ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to all guest trips. She is in charge of vessel provisioning for both guests and crew, and all aspects of daily life. When guests are onboard, she ensures they are properly cared for and that all their requirements are met. She offers particular attention to details and a polite and entertaining spirit.
